These terms cover your use of the Travacate website, its guides and its planning tools. They do not replace a travel provider’s booking conditions. Please read the information relevant to the features you use. If you have a question about these terms, contact us before relying on a feature or making a booking.

Travacate helps you explore destinations, organise ideas and find services offered by other businesses. The website does not issue tickets, reserve rooms or take payment for travel bookings. A saved contact enquiry or a generated itinerary is not a booking, quotation or reservation confirmation.

You choose whether to follow a recommendation or use a booking service. Please check that a service suits your dates, circumstances and needs. The information here should support your planning; it does not replace the details supplied by the business providing your travel.

Search tools and booking links may take you to an external provider or display that provider’s content within our website. Before paying, check the identity of the business you are contracting with, the total price, currency, taxes, fees, inclusions, eligibility requirements and booking conditions.

Providers manage their own availability, payments, confirmations, changes, cancellations and refunds. Prices and offers can change before a booking is completed. Direct booking questions and requests to the provider identified in your confirmation. We cannot promise that a provider will accept a change or refund request; your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

The AI Trip Planner produces suggestions from the trip preferences you enter. Its output can contain mistakes, omissions or outdated information. It does not check live inventory, reserve travel or guarantee that a place is open or suitable for you.

Check important details with current official sources and the relevant providers, including opening times, travel connections and accessibility. The planner does not provide professional visa, legal, medical or other specialist advice. Enter a destination and ordinary travel preferences only; do not include passport numbers, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Our guides are general planning resources. Destinations, services and practical details can change after publication. Photographs illustrate a destination or travel idea and do not guarantee a particular room, view, experience or booking inclusion.

We aim to keep the website useful, but features may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or provider changes. We may correct content and update or remove tools. Please keep your own copy of an itinerary you want to use, and rely on the provider’s confirmation for an actual booking.

Do not use the website to send unlawful or abusive material, impersonate someone, introduce harmful code, access private records or interfere with other visitors. Do not bypass security controls or usage limits, or automate requests in a way that disrupts the service.

We may limit requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website. These restrictions do not prevent lawful criticism, good-faith reporting of a problem or the exercise of rights available to you.

You may read, save and print website material for your personal travel planning. Other uses may require permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits them. Third-party photographs, names, logos and embedded content remain subject to their respective rights; their appearance does not transfer those rights to you.

You retain your rights in a message you send us. You permit us to receive, review and use it as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and resolve the matter raised. Sending an enquiry does not give us permission to publish it as a testimonial or use it for unrelated marketing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excludes responsibility where the law does not allow it. A provider’s separate terms do not remove protections that apply to your booking by law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or how it operates. Updated terms apply prospectively; an update does not rewrite an existing provider booking or remove rights you have already acquired. Review the terms when using a changed feature.
